Deliveries

We supply fuels in quantites ranging from 500 litres to large loads of 35000 litres and aim to give a competitive price and quick delivery service.

Normally when a customer places an order we aim to deliver within the next 48 hours, and generally this is achieved. However their are certain times of the year when every customer seems to order at the same time. First of the month, the days just before Bank Holiday periods,and certainly the two weeks before Christmas are peak business periods and inevitably create a bottleneck of orders which always slows down the delivery process.

Extreme weather conditions can also disrupt our delivery schedules. Snow and Ice in particular make some roads positively dangerous to a tanker weighing in excess of 26 tonnes and therefore impassable. During these times deliveries to some parts of our trading area are delayed until road conditions improve. We ask our customers to try and give us enough notice before they need fuel so that we can complete delivery to their satisfaction. Emergency orders are, of course, treated as such and delivery is made as quickly as possible.
